The Fourth International Symposium on Global Drug Policy: Vienna 2005 On the occasion of the 48th Session of the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) in Vienna, ICOS organised The Fourth International Symposium on Global Drug Policy: Vienna 2005, which included high-level roundtable discussions on promoting public policies and practices, and building an effective drug policy with Afghanistan. The discussions were concluded by a press conference on the 9th of March.
