On the occasion of the 52nd Session of the United Nations' Commission on Narcotic Drugs, ICOS organised a dinner at the Hotel Imperial in Vienna on the 18 March 2009.
During this dinner the ICOS Innovative Drug Policy Award was presented to:
UNODC WHO Joint Action Programme of Drug Dependence Treatment
Scaling Up Evidence Based Services for Drug Dependence Treatment and Care
The Award was collected by Mr. Francis Maertens on behalf of UNODC and Dr. Vladimir Poznyak on behalf of WHO
